Intoduction & Spicy Asian Chicken Wings

Spicy Asian Chicken Wings


Serves: 4

IngredientsInstructions
1 c flour
1 t pepper
1 t salt
1 t garlic powder
Combine flour and seasoning on a plate or wide shallow bowl.
1 egg
1 lb chicken wings or drumsticks
Break egg into a bowl and whisk it.
Dip wings into the egg then coat with the flour mixture.
1 to 2 cups vegetable oilAdd 1 inch of oil to a deep frying pan.
Heat over medium high heat.
Add chicken wings to oil, being sure not to overcrowd them, and cook on both sides until golden brown.
Transfer to a plate covered in paper towel and allow to drain.
2 T hot Chinese mustard
2 T Sriracha hot sauce
1 T vegetable oil
Combine mustard, hot sauce, and vegetable oil in a large bowl.
Add cooked wings to the bowl and toss until coated.
