Spicy Asian Chicken Wings

Ingredients | Instructions |
1 c flour 1 t pepper 1 t salt 1 t garlic powder | Combine flour and seasoning on a plate or wide shallow bowl. |
1 egg 1 lb chicken wings or drumsticks | Break egg into a bowl and whisk it. Dip wings into the egg then coat with the flour mixture. |
1 to 2 cups vegetable oil | Add 1 inch of oil to a deep frying pan. Heat over medium high heat. Add chicken wings to oil, being sure not to overcrowd them, and cook on both sides until golden brown. Transfer to a plate covered in paper towel and allow to drain. |
2 T hot Chinese mustard 2 T Sriracha hot sauce 1 T vegetable oil | Combine mustard, hot sauce, and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Add cooked wings to the bowl and toss until coated. |
