Zucchini Bolognese

I know we all have way too much zucchini from our gardens, and probably a lot of zucchini recipes. This is one where you can use some up. This is a great recipe to sneak veggies past picky kids... or husbands. You can even store your zucchini in the freezer and make this all year long. Zucchini Bolognese!

    I have several vegetarians in my family.

    Have you tried this without the turkey?

    I would love to have a rich Bolognese style sauce that is vegetarian. Maybe this is it!
