Bagel Class at Thanksgiving Point



If you have ever wanted to learn how to make authentic New York style, dense and chewy bagels, here's your chance! Everything from the recipe, tips, techniques and samples (poppy seed, Asiago cheese, sesame seed, and the Everything bagel you see pictured) will be provided.

I am teaching this class in the Emporium Kitchen at Thanksgiving Point (in Lehi) on Saturday, February 9th.  Space is limited, so register to reserve your spot.
